3. No Returns or Refunds

4. Installation and Support
Emelia Studio Design does not offer installation services for website templates or other digital products.
Each website template includes an installation guide to assist with setup. For technical issues beyond the scope of the guide, customers are encouraged to contact Showit or other third-party providers for support.

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing
All products are the intellectual property of Emelia Studio Design and are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our designs is strictly prohibited.
Products are licensed for personal or business use by the purchaser only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in their original or modified form, except for the following:

eBooks may be customized and sold as finalized PDFs to clients. However, they may not be resold or shared as editable templates.

Compatibility issues with third-party software or platforms.
Errors in installation, customization, or use of the products.
