Welcome to Emelia Studio Design. By purchasing or using our digital products and services, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Please review them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Overview
This Agreement governs your use of the website, digital products, and services provided by Emelia Studio Design. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Digital Product Sales
All products, including but not limited to website templates, eBooks, social media graphics, and business card designs, are delivered in digital format and sold as-is.

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once the purchase is completed.

3. Licensing and Permitted Use
Digital products are licensed for personal or business use by the purchaser only.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the products, whether in their original or modified form, is strictly prohibited.
Exception: eBooks may be customized and sold to clients as finalized PDFs but may not be sold or shared as editable templates.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All designs, products, and content provided by Emelia Studio Design are the exclusive intellectual property of Emelia Studio Design. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our products or content is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

5. Installation and Support
Emelia Studio Design does not provide installation or technical support for website templates or other products.
Each website template includes a detailed installation guide for self-setup. If additional support is needed, customers should contact Showit or relevant third-party platforms.

6. Payment and Delivery
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered immediately via download links. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure access to the email address and devices required for download.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with third-party software, platforms, or devices.
Emelia Studio Design is not liable for any incompatibility or technical issues arising from your use of our products.

8. Prohibited Activities
By using our website and products, you agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute our products for unauthorized purposes.
Use our products in any unlawful or harmful manner.
Circumvent or disable security features of our website or digital products.

9. Limitation of Liability
Emelia Studio Design is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
